During this time, would would like to remind all of our patients that we are proud to offer TeleMedicine as a way to be able to connect with your providers here at Chelmsford Primary Care.

During the pandemic we can use this tool to help you with acute sick visits and help you manage your chronic diseases. Telemed visits include both Video or Audio only visits. Visit examples include cough, fever, UTI, abdominal pain, diabetes, hypertension, anxiety and depression.

 

To schedule a TeleVisit call our office at (978) 256-5522 and speak with our Front Office team. Multiple Telemed options are available; the process for your visit will be explained when booking. 

 

All Telemed Visits are billable services. These visits will be billed to your insurance company accordingly. Any costs deemed patient share by your insurance, will be your responsibility. Please be sure to verify your coverage with your insurance company if you have any concerns about your benefits. Currently, most visits related to COVID-19 exposure, should be covered in full with no cost sharing by your insurance.
